The Royal Blue is a smoke-free and pet-free property. Smoking, vaping, and pets are not permitted inside the home or on the property. For your convenience, the home features a Kwikset Halo smart lock for keyless entry, an Ecobee smart thermostat, high-speed Optimum Wi-Fi, and smart TVs. Guests will need to log in to their own streaming-service accounts. For the safety and security of our guests and property, three exterior security cameras are located outside the home. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. The garage and one locked indoor owner's closet are not available to guests. Please observe quiet hours and be respectful of our neighbors. Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Check-in instructions, your unique door code, Wi-Fi information, house details, and other helpful information will be provided prior to arrival. Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor living areas, with the exception of the garage and one locked indoor owner's closet. The Royal Blue features three comfortable bedrooms: two with king beds and one with two queen beds, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The home includes two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining space for eight, a spacious living area with an electric fireplace and 65" smart TV, laundry area, and a large covered patio. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials for preparing meals, and the open living and dining spaces make it easy for families, friends, and groups to spend time together. Guests can also enjoy the covered outdoor space for relaxing and unwinding during their stay. Accessibility: The Royal Blue has not been specifically designed or modified as an accessible property. Entryways, bathrooms, and other areas may not accommodate all mobility needs, and there is no wheelchair ramp or other specialized accessibility equipment.
